1. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must not create multiple accounts to bypass system restrictions (e.g., cooldowns, referral limits).
• One account per person is strictly enforced.

2. Virtual Currency & Economy

• GameCoins are virtual points with no real-world monetary value.
• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the GameCoin economy at any time without prior notice.
• GameCoins are non-transferable except where explicitly authorized by the platform (e.g., Trading/Marketplace).
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or scripts to gain unauthorized GameCoins will result in an immediate permanent ban and loss of all coins.

3. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior in chat, streams, or forums is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots, macros, or automated scripts to earn coins or win games is forbidden.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

• Real-money purchases are handled via Stripe. All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds for virtual items (Steam keys, GameCoins) once delivered.
• Subscriptions provide perks for a specific duration. If you cancel your subscription, you retain perks until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, graphics, logos) is owned by GameCoins.me or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account at any time for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated virtual assets.
